Speaking at the event, Dodderange Gowda said Kannada literature has made several unique contributions through creative writing and literary works. He described the ‘Tiklurama’ novel as good and said he was looking forward to watching the film adaptation.

K. Suchendra Prasad said the book’s rural flavour and environmental themes would interest readers.
