Actor Vinod Prabhakar has joined the team of the film Rolex, produced by Ambati Madhu Mohan Krishna under the Madhu Film Circuits banner and directed by Srinivas Mandya.
Rolex marks the first Kannada production from producer Ambati Madhu Mohan Krishna. He is also the current president of the Andhra Film Chamber of Commerce.
The film is directed by Srinivas Mandya, who previously directed Bill Gates. Komal Kumar plays the lead role, while Sonal Monteiro plays the female lead. Komal Kumar appears in a different look compared to his earlier films.
A key highlight of the project is the inclusion of Vinod Prabhakar in a special role. The makers have stated that he appears in a character he has not portrayed before. The film team has expressed gratitude to Vinod Prabhakar for being part of the project.
The film is a mix of comedy and family drama, and the shooting has been mostly completed.
Apart from Komal Kumar, Vinod Prabhakar, and Sonal Monteiro, the film also features Achyuth Kumar, Naveen Padiil, and Aruna Balaraj in important roles.
The film has four songs composed by Jessie Gift. Lyrics are written by Dr. V. Nagendra Prasad, Kaviraj, Rajesh Verma, and Kinnal Raj. Cinematography is handled by Rakesh C Tilak, editing by Aravind Raj, stunt direction by Yoganand, and choreography by Kala–Murali. Murali Krishna serves as the executive producer.
