The new Kannada film ‘Rathna’ revolves around the fan base of Power Star Karnataka Rathna Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar. Scheduled for release on March 17, the film trailer coincides with Puneeth Rajakumar’s birth anniversary.
Produced and directed by Basavaraj Bellari, the film features a heroine who is a devoted fan of Puneeth Rajkumar. Director Basavaraj Bellari mentioned that the storyline of the film is centered around Appu’s fans.
The Regional Censor Board, after a recent viewing of the movie “Ratna,” awarded it a U certificate. The film is set to hit the screens in April. Director Basavaraj Bellari has taken charge of the story, screenplay, dialogues, and music composition for the film. The music direction is by Satish Babu, cinematography by Satish Gangavathy, and editing by Nagendra Aras. The film is co-produced by Manjunath M and Raghavendra Karur.
Harshala Honey (Heroine), Vardhan, Anand Appu, Balraj Wodeyar, Nagendra Aras, Amit Rao, Sarikamma, Rani Basavaraj, Suchit Chauhan, Ramu Karur, and Manju Daivajna are among the star cast of “Ratna”.
