The film “Sree Jagannathadasaru Part 2”, directed by Madhusudan Havaldar, has completed 50 days of theatrical run. The filmmaker, who has brought the life stories of noted Haridasas to the screen, organized a celebratory event to mark the occasion.
Uttaradi Mutt seer Sri Satyatma Tirtha attended the event and delivered an anugraha message. Several dignitaries, including Dr. Satyadhyanacharya Katti, Dr. Vasudeva Agnihotri, C.R. Murali, and singer Raichur Sheshagiridas, were present at the समारोह.
Sri Jagannathadasaru is regarded among those who guided devotees on the path of devotion and is known for works such as Harikathamrutasara. A disciple of Sri Satyabodha Tirtha, his life forms the basis of the film. Madhusudan Havaldar has previously directed films based on other Haridasa figures, including Sree Jagannathadasaru, Sree Vijayadasaru, Sree Mahipatidhasaru, and Sree Prasannavenkatadasaru.

Speaking at the event, Sri Satyatma Tirtha expressed that more films depicting the lives of such spiritual figures should be made and extended his blessings. On the same occasion, he also unveiled the title logo of Havaldar’s upcoming film “Namma Rayaru.”
Director Madhusudan Havaldar thanked Sri Satyatma Tirtha for attending the event and delivering the message. He stated that the film was made possible with the blessings of his parents and the support of friends, and that it was produced under the banner of Sreemathambuja Movies. He also expressed gratitude to the film team and the dignitaries present.
During the event, members of the film team and guests were felicitated with mementos featuring an idol of Lord Vittala.
