Director and actor Rangaswamy Kapanipalya said, “Sarvantaryami” is a film with social concern. It is also a film that brings before the people the harmful effects caused by mobile phones. Films have censorship. The Censor Board decides whether children can watch a film or not. But there are no such restrictions for mobile phones. Because of that, the lives of many children are being ruined. Not only children, but even adults are greatly affected by it. Therefore, in some places, people have decided not to use smart phones and instead use keypad mobile phones. In some other places, they have fixed a specific time for using mobile phones. We hope such decisions are implemented everywhere. This is the main theme of our film. With everyone’s support, the film has turned out well. The film will release on July 17,” he said.
