Director Chayan Shetty, who made his debut with Adhipatra, starring Bigg Boss-fame Rupesh Shetty, is now ready with his next film, ‘Marriage Party’. Produced lavishly by Santhosh V under the Sri Varahi Films banner, the film had already attracted attention with its first-look poster and is set to release on December 4.
Interestingly, Marriage Party will be released in both Kannada and Malayalam. While Chayan Shetty explored a serious subject in his first film, his second venture is a fun-filled entertainer set along the coastal belt. The film was shot extensively at coastal locations and is currently in post-production.
The team is also preparing to unveil the film’s first song during the Dasara festivities. According to the director, Marriage Party is a complete family entertainer combining a strong story with plenty of humor and entertainment.
The technical crew includes cinematographer Srikanth, music director Ritvik Muralidhar and editor Nithin Shetty of Su From So. Pramod Maravante and Trilok have penned the lyrics.
The cast includes Prakash Tuminad, Deepak Rai, Naveen D. Padil, Rakshitha, Namitha Kiran, Ramdas, Raghu Pandeshwar, Pushparaj Bolaar, Jyothish Shetty, Radhakrishna, P.D. Satish and Bheem Rao, among others. The film will release in Kannada and Malayalam on December 4.
