Here is an academically qualified and well-settled team making the leap into cinema production. The film Eltu Muttha, with a stunning teaser, appears before the media. This is a film based on an incident that happens in the life of someone who beats the drum to death*.

Eltu Mutta, produced by Sathya Srinivasan under the banner of High5 Studios, is written and directed by Ra. Surya, with Ra. Surya and Shaurya Pratap in the lead roles. Shailaja Vijay Kirangadur, Akshay Gangadhar, and LY Rajesh were present as the chief guests. The teaser has created curiosity and has been receiving a lot of views and appreciation since its release.

Eltu Mutta is a story about those who beat the drum to death. Eltu Mutta means two characters. Director Ra. Surya said that he appeared in the role of Eltu and directed this film, while Shaurya Pratap played the role of Muttha. Along with experienced artists like Naveen Padil, Cockroach Sudhee, and Yamuna Srinidhi, most of the new talents have acted in this film. This is a film with a different storyline. The story of the conflict between Naveelu (Peacock) and the snake is also the inspiration for the story of our film. The innocent-natured Naveelu, who attracts everyone’s attention with his dance, kills the Kalinga snake when angered. This is what we are told through the characters. This is a story that takes place in the Kodagu region. Most of the shooting was done in Kodagu. The dialogues are also in Madikeri Kannada, said director Ra. Surya.

IT professional for the last three decades, Sathya Srinivasan has made a careful entry with caution. His father was a distributor of Tamil films. An IT consultant with a passion for wildlife photography (specialist in capturing birds), he arrives with a group of friends at High5 Studio. Sathya Srinivasan’s care and caution is a lesson to imbibe by the Kannada cinema industry.

“I work on the principles of safety. After knowing the deep forest location shoot, I have insured my team for nearly 90 days. Even though the shoot was not that big, I wanted to ensure the health of all team members after a month of shooting. We have done workshops for all the members. Rehearsal for seven days was essential as we were in a deep forest that is 20 kilometers away from civilization. After the shoot and brisk post-production, we are having an audio event in Hubballi and a trailer launch. By the end of July, we have plans to release. We have our own YouTube channel where the teaser, trailer, and songs are available.” When asked about the insurance expenses incurred, the humble Sathya Srinivasan says, “It is to the level of a junior IT official.”

Pavindra Muthappa of Ace 22 Production is with us for the release of this film. Sathya Srinivasan said that a good film has been made with the cooperation of the film crew.

“My father did not want me to become an artist. That’s how it happened. As per my father’s wish, I studied and got into a good position and am now an actor. Both my and my father’s wishes have been fulfilled. Muttha is the name of my character. I have worked not only as an actor but also as a co-director and co-writer,” said actor Shaurya Pratap.

“It’s a pleasure to work with a good team. Alex Chatwa is the name of my character,” said Cockroach Sudhee.

Music director Prasanna Keshav said, “The reason I became a music director is because of my gurus, Sangeetha Katti and Ravi Basrur.” There are five songs in this film. He turned emotional at his first media address. He later stated there is scope for melody and he had even delivered a few songs in the film. His daughter Aryasri is also introduced in this film as a singer. The melodious sad version is presented in two versions, he added.

Heroine Priyanka Malali, Ace 22 Production’s Pavindra Muthappa Kopadira, executive producer and actor Ruhan Arya, and Dhanu Devaiah, a well-known folk artist from Madikeri, also addressed the media.
