Director K. Shankar, known for his previous films Mukti, Tripura, and Article 370, is now directing a new film titled “Hello Sir”. This film is being produced in three languages – Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil. The story, screenplay, dialogues, and lyrics are all written by Shankar.
The film focuses on individuals who knowingly commit crimes by misusing their money and power, and wage a battle against honest people, police officers, and politicians. It also aims to raise awareness about the harmful effects of plastic usage.
The story revolves around a young man who fights against those who violate the law and disrupt the social system using their wealth and influence.
Rajbala plays the lead role in the film. He has previously acted in Telugu films like 7 to 4, Chitram, Love Boom, Tongi Tongi Chudamukku Chandamama, Maitreevanam, and Anthaku Minchu. This is his first film in Kannada. Swathi Lingaraj plays the female lead. Kalar Samrat S. Narayan plays an important role in the film.
The film is produced under the banner of Sri Ankur Creations by L. Manjunath, H. P. Mahesh, and Venkatesh. K. Shankar has written the story, screenplay, and dialogues, and is also directing the film. Music is composed by M. N. Krupakar, and cinematography is handled by Chandru Sondekoppa and Suryodaya.
The cast includes K. Shivanna, Killer Venkatesh, Ramanand, Baby S. Pavitra, and others.
Filming took place over approximately 40 days in and around Mangaluru, Mandya, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. The film is currently in the post-production stage. The team plans to release the film in August.
