Produced by Mohan Kumar under Sri Chowdeshwari Cine Combines, this big-budget film stars Bigg Boss fame Chandan Shetty and his ex-wife Niveditha Gowda together for the first time.
The shooting of some emotional scenes, which were left incomplete after the real-life couple’s divorce, was recently completed at Vajramuni Farm House on Bannerghatta Road. During this, Chandan and Nivedita saw each other for the first time since their separation. In one scene, they hugged and bid farewell.
Even without using glycerin, Nivedita’s eyes welled up with tears. The entire film crew became emotional for a moment, with a shared thought running through their minds—should this couple reunite? With this, the shooting of Muddu Rakshasi is nearly complete.
Puneeth Srinivas has written the story, screenplay, and directed the film, which has been shot in and around Bangalore.
