Mangaluru girl Nimika Ratnakar, who rose to fame with the Shake It Pushpavati song from Kranti, has become a sensation overnight. The actress, now busy with back-to-back films, has also landed a female-centric role. While several of her ongoing projects are nearing completion, she is gearing up for yet another lead role in a newly announced film titled Wild Tiger Safari.
The film’s grand muhurta ceremony is set to take place on Friday, March 7, in Mangaluru. Wild Tiger Safari will be directed by Chandramouli, who gained recognition as a writer for the KGF series. The film’s art direction will be handled by Shivakumar, another key contributor to KGF. Cinematographer A.J. Shetty will be behind the lens.
This project will introduce Shithil Poojari as the male lead, while renowned Bollywood dancers Dharmesh and Sushant Poojari will be playing significant roles. Nimika Ratnakar, as the female lead, is set to impress with an impactful role.
The KGF team’s involvement in Wild Tiger Safari assures a strong and talented crew behind the project. Meanwhile, Nimika continues to bag exciting opportunities. She has already wrapped up Trishoolam, directed by Om Prakash Rao, where she stars opposite Real Star Upendra. The film is in its final stages of production.
Apart from this, Nimika is also part of Flirt and has bagged the lead role in Phoenix, a female-centric film also directed by Om Prakash Rao. Her role in Phoenix is said to be one that will leave audiences surprised.
With multiple projects in her kitty, Wild Tiger Safari marks yet another golden opportunity for Nimika. More details about the film will be revealed at its muhurta ceremony tomorrow in Mangaluru.
