The new film “Nenapugala Maathu Madhura” is directed by Afzal, known for his work as a journalist and executive producer. Produced by RED & WHITE Seven Raj, the film marks Afzal’s directorial debut after “Hosathara.”
The title of the film was revealed on the occasion of producer Seven Raj’s birthday. With the shooting already completed, the film is currently in the post-production phase. Locations around Bangalore, Anekal, and Kengeri were used for filming.
The film is an anthology featuring four stories centered around four friends. Director Afzal has stated that the movie will include elements of murder mystery, horror, and comedy, all set within the context of the lives of today’s youth.
Afzal has written the story, screenplay, and dialogues for the film. The cinematography is handled by Swamy Mysore, music is composed by Raju Emmiganuru, editing by Karthik Ishwarachari, and the background score is by M.S. Tyagaraj.
Afzal also plays a major role in the film, alongside producer Seven Raj, who features in another significant role. The supporting cast includes Vasishta Bantanuru, Ranveer, Rajaprabu, Vinay, Anjali, Soumya, Rekha Ramesh, Shubha Teertha, Vadhya, Gubba, Aravind, Nagendra Aras, and others.
