When talented and intelligent hands come together, the result is obvious. Such is the case with ‘Kotee’, the debut direction of the intelligent personality Paramesh Gundkal, popularly known as Param.
Param has assembled a good team, and he is showcasing the positive results of his film ‘Kotee’ through its trailer, character introductions, teasers, and songs.
The first song of Daali Dhananjay starrer ‘Kotee’, titled ‘Maathu Sothu’, was released on Monday, May 13th at 5 pm and is receiving wide and encouraging responses. The song is composed by Vasuki Vaibhav, with lyrics by Yogaraj Bhatt and vocals by Armaan Malik. Saregama has acquired the rights to the songs of the movie ‘Kotee’, and the lyrical video of this song will be released on the Saregama Kannada YouTube channel.
‘Kotee’ stars Moksha Kushal as the female lead, alongside Daali Dhananjaya. Other veteran actors like Rangayana Raghu, Ramesh Indira, Tara, Sardar Satya, and others are part of the film’s team.
The film features five songs composed by Vasuki Vaibhav, with lyrics by Yogaraj Bhatt and Vasuki Vaibhav. Nobin Paul, known for his work in ‘Charlie 777’, is responsible for the background score. Prateek Shetty, acclaimed for his editing in the movie ‘Kantara’, serves as the editor of ‘Kotee’, while the renowned television cinematographer Arun is the movie’s cameraman.
Produced by Jio Studios, the film is written and directed by Param, who led Colors Kannada for decades. ‘Kotee’ is set to hit theaters on June 14th.
