The richly talented actor Kichcha Sudeepa missing the national awards for his caliber seems to have picked one such film ‘School Bus’ that is more appealing nationwide.
Kannada superstar Kiccha Sudeep will appear in a key role in renowned Tamil director-actor P. Samuthirakani’s upcoming film ‘School Bus’. On the occasion of Sudeep’s birthday on September 2, the team officially announced his association with the project by unveiling his first-look poster at midnight. Presented by renowned producer Rockline Venkatesh, the film has already generated considerable expectations.
Known for acclaimed films such as Naadodigal, Appa and Vinodhaya Sitham, Samuthirakani is directing the film and also playing a prominent role. The story revolves around a school bus driver responsible for 22 children, exploring the emotions of children, the concerns of parents and various facets of teachers’ lives.
Sudeepa, who has earlier appeared in Tamil films including Puli and Mudinja Ivan Pudi (Kannada: Kotigobba 2), is said to have immediately agreed to the project impressed by its compelling storyline. The actor reportedly gave his green signal after hearing Samuthirakani’s narration and watching the film’s glimpses.
Produced under the Lenin Creations banner by Dr. P. Lenin Muthuraj and Dr. A. T. Asha Lenin, the film has music by Sam C. S, cinematography by N. K. Ekambaram, editing by A. L. Ramesh, art direction by Jackie, and stunt choreography by Silva and Dinesh Subbarayan.
With a universal storyline, ‘School Bus’ is being planned for a worldwide release in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English, Chinese and several other international languages.
