The Indian film industry is set to witness a major collaboration as Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan come together after nearly 47 years for a film tentatively titled ‘KHxRK’.
The two actors last appeared together on screen in the late 1970s. Their reunion after several decades is being described as a significant development in contemporary Indian cinema, bringing together two prominent figures who have been part of the industry across generations. The project is being produced by Red Giant Movies, which has initiated the collaboration and is planning the film as a large-scale production focused on legacy and storytelling.

The film will be directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, known for directing Jailer. Music for the project will be composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Further details about the film are currently being kept confidential and are expected to be announced officially in the coming days.
