Shabari, the much-awaited film directed by Orata Sri, who has earned recognition as a distinct filmmaker through movies like Orata and Kora, has now unveiled its teaser. Lahari Velu released the teaser, while Orata Sri and the film’s team were present on the occasion and shared several interesting details about Shabari.
Lahari Velu, head of Lahari Music, National Award-winning Taledanda director Praveen Krupakar, and Common Man producer Narasimha Murthy attended the teaser launch event as chief guests.
Speaking after releasing the teaser of Shabari, Lahari Velu said, “Orata Sri is a director with immense love for cinema. He has directed this film very well. Since the songs are also excellent, Lahari has acquired the audio rights of the film,” and wished the team success. Director Orata Sri had apparently signed an agreement at the very beginning to complete the film within a fixed budget. It is special that he has shaped Shabari accordingly.
Civil engineers by profession, Ramesh, Sudhakar Reddy, and Vishnukanth A have jointly produced the film under the Bharavi Films banner. The three producers shared their experiences. Lead actor Samarth, lead actress Krithika Gowda, Rani serial fame child artiste Dhanvi, Neenasam Ashwath, Orata Sri, and other members of the team also shared their experiences at the press meet.
Orata Sri has directed this film with a large ensemble cast. The team has revealed only a few elements before the audience, including a jeep and a little girl, while keeping alive the curiosity about who the real Shabari is. The team also shared that the film, which includes suspense, thriller, mystery, and many other elements, is a complete family entertainer.
The film stars Samarth and Krithika Gowda in the lead roles. The cast also includes Kumari Dhanvi, M.K. Math, Neenasam Ashwath, Seetha Harshavardhan, Yogesh Veer, Mandya Siddu, and others. The film has music by B.R. Hemanth Kumar, cinematography by Samrat Nagaraj, and editing by K. Girish Kumar.
