Under the Vedik Cosmos banner, directed by Sharath Krishna and starring Sharath Krishna, Reshma, and Shilpa in the lead roles, the romantic song from the movie Dodmansa has been released. Shot in the salt-land regions of Gujarat that resemble a beach, with the soothing sound of water in the background, the song between the two lovers feels pleasing to the heart. The chemistry between Sharath and Reshma looks wonderful on screen.
Speaking on the occasion, director Sharath Krishna said, “Just hearing the title Dodmansa brings happiness. We felt very fortunate to get a title that belonged to Vishnu sir. Narayan himself appreciated us, and we came to know about it only when he mentioned it. This story conveys that a person with money is not necessarily a great man; the one with a big heart is the real Dodmansa. When everything comes together perfectly, it becomes a Dodmansa movie. We are arranging special shows for auto drivers in eight districts, and we have also prepared an app for that purpose. Along with this, we are conducting a lucky draw, and one winning driver will be gifted an auto,” he said.
Actress Reshma said, “We made this movie with great passion and a lot of hope. Life is all about overcoming the obstacles that stand in the way of fulfilling our dreams. I play the role of Sneha, a middle-class girl. The film shows what happens when she falls in love with an auto driver.”
Shilpa Shivakumar said, “I have a small role in this movie, but it is very important. I had asked our director why I did not have a song, and he replied that even though there is no song for me, there is a fight sequence instead. He fights for me in the film,” she said.
Producer Vedik Veera said, “Dodmansa has turned out on a grand scale. Our wish is that good content should reach the audience. At every stage, we provided everything that was needed. I am also an editor, and all of us together have made this movie possible,” he said.
Meanwhile, distributor Prashanth Bagur said that Dodmansa has adopted a very good strategy to attract audiences. Prashanth has worked on various methods aimed at ensuring the producer’s safety and success. He has previously worked with several leading producers and distributors and has so far distributed 18 films. His strategy for Dodmansa appears to be unique and producer-friendly.
