Producer Shilpa Ganesh, who has been producing content-oriented films under the Golden Movies banner, has now made her debut as a singer through the upcoming Kannada and Tulu film Picture.
Directed by Sandeep Bedra, the film stars Nithyaprakash Bantwal in the lead role.
The special aspect of the film is that Shilpa Ganesh has sung the song “Gokulada Radhe” in both Kannada and Tulu versions. Through this song, the producer has entered the film industry as a playback singer. The track has been sung by Shilpa Ganesh along with Jaskaran Singh.
The Kannada version of the song has been written by Arasu Anthare, while the Tulu lyrics are penned by Keerthan Bhandary. Music for the song has been composed by Samuel Abhi. The song was shot in Kashmir and has been released on the Anand Audio YouTube channel. According to the makers, the song has received a positive response and is garnering a high number of views.
Picture is described as a family entertainer with comedy elements. Director Sandeep Bedra has also written the story, screenplay and dialogues for the film.
The film has cinematography by Santosh Rai Pathaje and Chandrashekhar K.S., editing by Raju Aryan, choreography by Dhananjay B and Sriraju, art direction by Radhesh and Santosh Poojari, and action choreography by Thriller Manju. Mohan Bhatkal is serving as the executive producer.
Along with Nithyaprakash Bantwal, the film stars Amrutha Sudu as the female lead. The supporting cast includes Devdas Kapikad, Naveen D Padil, Aravind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Sai Krishna, Vajradeer Jain, Sadashiva Amin, Prasanna Shetty Bailur, Sandeep Shetty Mani, Umesh Mijar, Jayasheela Maroli, Roopa Varkady, Ravi Ramakunja, Pushparaj Bolar and Anil Uppala.
