The prominent Dr. Rajkumar family of Kannada cinema is making headlines once again, this time due to the divorce of Yuva Rajkumar and Sridevi. This news follows shortly after the recent separation of Nivedhita and Chandan Shetty.
Yuva Rajkumar, the second son of Raghavendra Rajkumar and Mangala, and the grandson of Dr. Rajkumar and Parvathamma Rajkumar, filed for divorce on June 6 at the family court. The case is scheduled for discussion on July 4. Currently, Sridevi Byrappa is studying in the USA.
Yuva Rajkumar, formerly known as Guru Rajkumar, and Sridevi Byrappa were in a relationship for seven years before marrying on May 26, 2019.
The divorce petition has been filed under MC Act section 13 (1) (ia). Presently, Sridevi Byrappa is abroad pursuing her MBA. Notably, both Sridevi and Yuva were managing the Dr. Rajkumar Civil Services Academy.
