Following the unfortunate electrocution of three devoted fans during the installation of a birthday banner on January 8th, Yash, the Rocking Star, earnestly appealed to his fans with a heavy heart. Expressing his anxiety every birthday, he shared, “I feel nervous and a sense of fear each year.” Yash urged his fans to prioritize their parents’ well-being and simply celebrate his birthday by wishing from the comfort of their homes.
During his visit to Lakshmeshwar in Gadag district, Yash conveyed a plea to his fans, requesting them to refrain from putting up cutouts and chasing him on the road. Despite his busy schedule, Yash chose not to celebrate his birthday this year. Instead, he visited the village of Sooranagi to meet the grieving parents and family members of the electrocuted fans.
Yash personally visited the homes of Murali, Hanumantha Harijana, and Naveen, the fans who tragically lost their lives. He assured the families that he would address their needs after a thorough assessment. Additionally, the Karnataka government sanctioned Rs. 2 lakh for each of the three families and Rs. 50,000 for the injured families.
The incident occurred as Murali, Hanumanthu, Naveen, and others were erecting a 60-foot metal poster of Yash on the night of January 7. Unfortunately, live electric wires came in contact with the metal structure, leading to the electrocution of the three fans.
Upon learning about this tragic incident, Yash canceled all his commitments on his birthday and promptly visited the Sooranagi village to offer support and condolences.
