The shooting of Afzal Chochal’s directorial debut “Hosathara” has concluded. The film team is celebrating the completion of the shoot.
Afzal, known in the Kannada film industry as a journalist, actor, and executive producer, has made his directorial debut with “Hosathara.” The shooting for this film has now wrapped up, and the team members spoke at a press conference.
“Hosathara” is my first film as a director. The story revolves around a key character named RGV. The film includes all the elements that viewers desire, such as suspense, thriller, and comedy. Produced by Gulbarga’s Srivijay under the Jaivijay Productions banner, the film is titled “Hosathara” because the story and screenplay are slightly different.
Rajeev Ganeshan handles the cinematography, Raju Emmigaanuru is the music director, Anthony Piano (Canada) provides the background score, and Babu Shivapura has edited the film. The VFX will be done by J H J Studios from the USA, ensuring a high-quality cinematic experience. The cast includes Brahma, Khushi Kothari, Navya, Ranveer, Nagaraj Gubbachi, Seven Raj, Swarnachandra, among others. I also play a lead role. Director Afzal mentioned that “Hosathara” will be released around December.
I play the role of a naive boy who comes from a village to the city in pursuit of cinema, said actor Brahma. In this film, I portray a software professional. My character’s name is Nethra, said lead actress Khushi Kothari. Nagaraj Gubbachi, Ranveer, and cinematographer Rajeev Ganeshan spoke about “Hosathara.”
