The new Kannada film Vidyarthi Vidyarthiniyare, directed by Arun Amuktha and set for a July 19 release across Karnataka, boasts a lot of variety in its subject matter and has added another feather to its cap. With an already well-received trailer, songs, and teasers, the film now features a “Student Party Song” that stands out for its superb lyrics, composition, and singing.

The trio behind this “Student Party Song” includes renowned director Chetan Kumar as the lyricist, Chandan Shetty as the singer and performer, and Vijeth Krishna. These three were once roommates and have reunited for this colorful and well-captured song. Chetan Kumar researched various occasions when students opt for parties to craft his lyrics. Adding to the song’s appeal is the animation effect.

Chetan Kumar expressed that he wrote the song out of love and hopes it will capture people’s attention. Manoj Vivaan, Manasvi, Bhavana Appu, and Amar, who performed in the song, were also present at the event.

The film is produced by Subramanya Kukke and AC Shivalingegowda under the banner of Variety Creations. The team includes Srikanth G Kashyap as the executive producer, Kumar Gowda handling cinematography, Bharjari Chetan and Vasuki Vaibhav providing lyrics, Pawan Gowda in charge of editing, and Tiger Shiva and Narasimha directing the action scenes, all under the direction of Arun Suresh.

The cast features Chandan Shetty, Amar, Bhavana, Manasvi, Vivaan, Bhavya, Sunil Puranik, Aravinda Rao, Sinchana, Raghu Ramanakoppa, Prashant Sambargi, and Cockroach Sudhi. Additionally, Vijit Krishna and Vasu Dixit have contributed to the film’s music direction.

Producers Subramanya Kukke and Shivalinge Gowda expressed pride in the two years of effort invested in the film Vidyarthi Vidyarthiniyare. They mentioned that T-Series has released the film’s songs, and they hope for good results at the box office.

This “Student Party Song” showcases the talents of Chetan Kumar, Chandan Shetty, and Vijeth Krishna. Director Arun Amuktha emphasized the need for the Vidyarthi Vidyarthiniyare team to double their efforts to reach the audience effectively.

Music director Vijeth Krishna recalled his previous collaboration with Chandan Shetty on the rap song “3 Peg” and noted that this is their second time working together. He described the film as both emotional and trendy.

Chandan Shetty, the lead actor of the film, believes this song will be a new addition to party playlists. He also reminisced about his days in Bengaluru in 2011 and mentioned that this song has great potential for social media Reels.
