Kannada audiences have always encouraged new and experimental efforts in the industry. One such attempt is “1990s.” Produced under the banner of Manassu Mallige Combines, the film is directed by Nandakumar C M, with Arun and Rani Varad playing the lead roles. Set in the 90s, the movie narrates a love story that has already connected with audiences through its songs and teaser. Recently, the trailer was released. After watching the trailer, Dr. Na. Someshwar appreciated the songs and the trailer in his pure Kannada and wished success to the newcomers’ effort. Indrajit Lankesh suggested that ticket prices should be reduced and facilities, including seating arrangements, should improve in some theaters. “The trailer looks great, and I am confident the film will be equally good,” he remarked.
“Our story is set in the 90s, as the title suggests. While it primarily focuses on romance, it offers all the elements the audience desires. The film has shaped up well, thanks to the team’s cooperation,” shared director C M Nandakumar.
