We regret to inform you that T. Thimmayya, a veteran actor of Sandalwood, passed away on 16th November 2024 due to a heart attack. He was 92 years old and is survived by four children.
He had shared the screen with legendary actors like Dr. Rajkumar, Dr. Vishnuvardhan, and Anant Nag. He also worked with renowned directors such as Dorai-Bhagavan, Sunil Kumar Desai, Bhargava, Sangeetham Srinivasa Rao, and K.V. Jayaram, among others.
His notable film appearances include Chelisuva Modagalu, Prathidhwani, Bandhana, Benkiya Bale, Kaamana Billu, Parameshi Prema Prasanga, Jwalamukhi, Bhagyada Lakshmi Baramma, Karna, Ee Jeeva Ninagaagi, Kurukshetra, Nishkarsha, and Beladingala Baale.
The final rites will be held at 12 noon at Banashankari Crematorium.
