Nagashekhar, a comedian-turned-hat trick director, always envisions grandeur and orchestrates his cinematic events in an elaborate manner.
Following the completion of the Switzerland shoot for his team’s ‘Sanju Weds Geetha 2’, director Nagashekhar hosted a media gathering coinciding with the producer’s birthday.
SWS 2, featuring Srinagara Kitty and Rachita Ram, the charming star of Kannada cinema, wrapped up the shooting of two songs, which was showcased at the Ashok Hotel event. Nagashekhar revealed that this film surpasses the first part in scale and grandeur. Plans are underway for shooting in Mumbai and Hyderabad, with the film scheduled for release on April 1, 2024.
Nagashekhar’s engineering classmate from his studies, Kumar, is realizing their dream as a producer. The film features significant roles for comedy stalwarts Rangayana Raghu and Sadhu Kokila. Sridhar V Sambhram has crafted the musical score.
During the producer’s birthday celebration and the presentation of the Switzerland shoot, popular actor Sharan and director S Mahender expressed their delight at Nagashekhar’s progress.
Protagonist Srinagara Kitty shared his experience of shooting in the cold Switzerland, capturing two exceptional songs for the film. Leading lady Rachita Ram conveyed the variety of shades in her role as Geetha, expressing happiness about the emotional scenes that unfolded with intensity during the December shoot. Cinematography by Sathya Hegde showcased the picturesque locations captured in the film.
Sridhar V Sambhram, the music composer, contributed to five songs, with Kaviraj as the lyricist.
Celebrating his birthday, producer Chalavadi Kumar praised Nagashekhar’s well-crafted script, expressing satisfaction with the film’s progression. Nagashekhar Movies and Pavitara International Movie Makers, with the support of Mahanandi Creations, are producing this film under Nagashekhar’s story, screenplay, and direction.
