Produced by Navarasan, who has organized several film-related events through Eagle Media Creations, Suthradaari marks the directorial debut of Kiran Kumar. The film, featuring popular singer Chandan Shetty in his first lead role, is set for a grand release on May 9. Producers Chetan Gowda, Munegowda, and Rajesh unveiled the film’s release date and wished for its success, following which the film team addressed the media.
Expressing gratitude for the support he has received since entering the film industry, producer Navarasan stated, “I am not just a producer and director but also a distributor. I have distributed around 200 films. Since last year, movies have been releasing at a rate of nearly ten per week, which is why I refrained from releasing my film during that period. Now, I am announcing the release date 40 days in advance. Suthradaari will have a grand release on May 9. The film has turned out well with the cooperation of the entire team, and we are starting the promotional campaign from today. Audiences will see Chandan Shetty in a unique role. I extend my thanks to the producers who unveiled the release date and to my entire team.”
Chandan Shetty, speaking about his debut as a lead actor, said, “This is my first film as a hero, and my role is fantastic. After acting in this movie, my life has undergone significant changes. I have been eagerly waiting for the release date, and now it is officially set for May 9. The songs of Suthradaari have already garnered millions of views and are trending. Actress Sanjana Anand shared her excitement, stating, “The song Dash, featuring Chandan and me, has crossed 28 million views. I am confident the film will be just as successful.”
