Suman, a multilingual actor, has undertaken a significant role in the film “Trisha” produced by Snehalayam Creations. This joint venture by Dr. Ishwar Naganath, Hanumantharaya, and MS Dandil is under the direction of RK Gandhi, known for directing popular Telugu films like Prema Biksha, August 6 Night, and Rudrakshapuram. Gandhi is not only directing but has also written the script, screenplay, and dialogues.
Currently, the film “Trisha” is being filmed in Kannada and Telugu, with plans for subsequent dubbing into other languages. The shooting of the devotional cum thriller film, tagged with the line “Sambhavami Yuge Yuge,” commenced in Miyapur, Hyderabad. The director drew inspiration from a real-life incident at the Virupaksha Temple in Mulabagil. Suman, a renowned South Indian actor, plays a crucial role in portraying Virupaksha in the film.
Being a devout follower of Lord Shiva, Suman’s character undergoes various trials, forming the essence of the film. Additional shooting is scheduled at the Hyderabad studio and locations like Hosakote Bhaktharahalli, Chickballapura Ajjaavara, and Mulabagilu Virupaksha Temple.
The film features lyrics and music by M L Raja, cinematography by Muralikrishna, editing by Narsing Rathod, art direction by Prasad, and choreography by Sooryakiran. The cast includes Suresh Surya, Kushi Gowda, Supritha Raj, Mahatesh, Virupaksha, Baktharhalli Ravi, Sunanda Kalaburgi, Ganesh Rao Kesarkar, and others.
