The film Soori Loves Sandhya, starring Abhimanyu Kashinath and Apoorva as the lead pair, is set for release. The movie is scheduled to hit theaters across the state on March 6, and ahead of that, the trailer has been launched.
Recently, the film team organized a trailer launch event at MMB Legacy. Actor-director Upendra graced the occasion, released the trailer, and extended his best wishes to the team.
Speaking at the trailer launch, Upendra said, “Today, I am speaking with a full heart. I feel proud to stand with a team like this because I have watched this film and am speaking after that. Both the lead actors have performed well. At this moment, Abhi’s father, Kashinath, should have been here. He should have watched this film. He would have been very happy. Though he is not physically with us now, his blessings are always with us. The climax of this film is a must-watch—it is deeply emotional. The last 20 minutes are extraordinary, with both the lead actors delivering powerful performances. The cinematography, making, and everything else are excellent. This film should be released in all languages because such movies deserve encouragement.”
Expressing his admiration for Abhi’s performance, Upendra added, “I never imagined Abhi could act this well. He has truly done an excellent job. The heroine, too, has not only acted well but also looks great on screen. I request Kannadigas to watch such films. Abhi has his father’s blessings and the support of his father’s fans. I strongly believe this film will receive a great response because it is very realistic. The climax is outstanding. It has been two months since I watched the film, but it still feels like I saw it just yesterday. I have been friends with producer Manjunath for many years. His banner is named ‘Seven Crores,’ but I hope it grows to 70 crores or even 700 crores.”

Soori Loves Sandhya is written and directed by Yadav Raj. The film stars Abhimanyu Kashinath, Apoorva, Pratap Narayan, Pradeep Kabra, ‘Bhajarangi’ Prasanna, Kushi Achar, and others. Music is composed by S.N. Arunagiri, while cinematography is handled by Srinivas.
