Nari Srinivas (Smile Srinu), known as a talented director in Telugu cinema and for successful films like “O My Love” and “18 to 25 Bellary Darbar” in Kannada, takes up another big challenge.
Sridhar Purvjith is the director of the film “Mandela,” which features Smile Srinu, also known as Nari Srinivas, in three different roles.
The story revolves around the subtle and beautiful emotions of the 1980s-90s. Produced under the banner of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Pictures, the film features two heroines, and their selection process is ongoing.
This film is being produced in three languages: Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil. The director promises that this will be a solid content-based movie, ensuring that audiences who have not been to the theater recently will not get bored even for a minute.
Director Sridhar Purvjith mentioned that the film will explore how the world perceives us when we make mistakes, how society stands with us, and many other sensitive themes.
The demand for Kannada content has increased recently. Similarly, Kannada technicians and directors are making their mark in other languages as well. Nari Srinivas (Smile Srinu) could be one of them.
