The “Siri Kannada” channel, which has captured the hearts of Kannadigas through its popular serials and reality shows, has successfully completed six years and entered its seventh year. To mark this occasion, the “Siri Kannada” channel, in collaboration with iAM, has planned a series of innovative programs. Among these is the “Bangarada Jodi” program, specially designed for couples (husband and wife).

Sanjay Shinde, CEO of Siri Kannada, stated, “Our Siri Kannada channel, launched in 2018, has now completed six successful years and stepped into its seventh year. To celebrate this milestone, we have organized innovative programs in partnership with the renowned iAM organization. Siri Kannada is one of the top five Kannada entertainment channels, which is a matter of great pride for us. Unlike many programs that are confined to Bangalore, we plan to take our initiative to every district of the state.”

As a first step, the “Bangarada Jodi” program will be launched in Davangere on December 14. This program will span 12 districts, including Davangere. It is not just about entertainment; special prizes have also been planned for the audience. Over 24 days, 48 programs and 12 mega events will be conducted, reaching an estimated audience of 25 lakh people ten times. Up to 50,000 participants in these events stand a chance to win prizes worth up to one crore, while approximately 3 lakh viewers could win prizes totaling up to ten crores. Prizes include cars, silk sarees, gold coins, and household items. Sanjay Shinde emphasized that “all our programs merit the support and encouragement of the public.”

Madhusudan, head of the iAM organization, added, “Our organization has collaborated with several channels in the past. Now, in partnership with Siri Kannada, we are launching programs that resonate with people’s hearts. The ‘Bangarada Jodi’ program, starting in Davangere, is just the beginning. Through various upcoming initiatives, we aim to connect not only with people across Karnataka but also with audiences nationwide. To my knowledge, this is the first time a channel has announced prizes worth ten crores for viewers. We request the support of the public for these programs.”

At the press conference, Siri Kannada channel head Rajesh Rajaghatta, “Golden Couple” hosts Murali and Chandana, spiritual program host Lakshmi Srinivas Guruji, “Narige Saree” host Rajani, and “Comedy Darbar” hosts Dayanand and Vithal also spoke on behalf of the sponsors.
