Tamil superstar Rajinikanth’s closest companion, Raj Bahadur, assumes a significant role in the film “Shivaji Bahadur,” skillfully crafted by director Aron Karthik.
During Rajinikanth’s early days as a conductor and driver at BTS, Raj Bahadur, his Aptha Mithra, led a modest life alongside the Tamil superstar.
With 25 scripts under his belt in his fifth directorial venture, and as the 55th music director, Aron Karthik selected half of Rajinikanth’s original name, Shivaji, and combined it with his best friend’s surname, creating the multilingual film “Shivaji Bahadur.” The formal pooja for the film took place at Sri Renukamba Digital Theater, marked by a crowded gathering and a lineup of over 20 speakers that left the media exhausted.
Dignitaries such as Mukyamantri Chandru and Alur Nagappa delivered eloquent speeches, extending their best wishes to the “Shivaji Bahadur” team for the film’s success. KFCC President NM Suresh, Swasthik Shanker, Shanmukha Govindaraj, H Vasu, Siri Music Chikkanna, and others graced the dais as guests. Producers Shivapurna (Lokesh) and Muthuraj are overseeing the production of the film.
Director Aron Karthik explained that “Shivaji Bahadur” revolves around the theme of terrorism, with Shivaji representing the Prime Minister of India and Bahadur embodying the Chief Minister of Karnataka state in the film. The film explores the intriguing stage of the Prime Minister conversing with the Chief Minister. Aron Karthik expressed his intent to secure Rajinikanth’s voice for the role of the Prime Minister, seeking approval from the iconic figure of Indian cinema.
The film features prominent actors such as Faizal Khan, Amir Khan’s brother, Rajeev Rathod, Pallavi Prakash, Sushmitha, Shobha, Ganesh Rao, among others, with Aron Karthik also handling the musical score.
Raj Bahadur, Rajinikanth’s best friend, takes on the lead role and promises to bring Rajinikanth to the film’s premiere show, anticipating a significant boost in its success. Despite the title and content lacking a direct connection, Raj Bahadur believes this move will undoubtedly elevate the film’s status to a hit.
