Here is Guru Savan director of ‘Senapura’ takes a look at the activity at the railway station when the train stopped for a while. The happening at this point of time is given new thoughts to make it a thriller for the silver screen.
Senapura is a place near Kundpaura. There is a railway station at this place. When the train is loaded with trucks of iron ore and manganese a group does the mischief and that leads to various complications in the village surrounded by forest. At the outset, ‘Senapura’ is a film about society and the forest. Ace singer Ananya Bhat as Radha is a lone fighter for the protection of the environment. This is the debut film acting of a talented singer.
Guru Savan thought of a web series with this concept. In the coronavirus pandemic time, he changed his idea and made a film. This is a bridge cinema he says of Sampekatte village. Two of his friends Hrishikesh Amith Kumar and Rahul Dev are the investors in this project.
The trailer of this movie ‘Senapura’ was jointly released by ‘Jambada Hudugi’ ala Priya Haasan and newsreader and anchor Ranganath Bharadwaj. Sanketh Guruji of Davanagere was present to bless the new film team at SRV Auditorium.
Shivu Badami international Para throwball sportsman was honored on this occasion. Cinematographer Prashanth Sagar and music director Sharat Sharma did two songs one of which is sung by Ananya Bhat and the other one is a group. He has done the background score also for the film.
Shekar Raju, Girish Gowda, Pawan, BM Giriraj, Sindhu, Bharathi, and others spoke about their involvement in the film. This film is set for a November 2023 release according to director Guru Savan.
