Nirup Bhandari and Sai Kumar, the successful duo from ‘Rangitaranga’, have reunited in a film scripted by Vibin. Today, the title and first look of their new collaboration, produced by ‘Ankit Cinemas’, were unveiled. The movie is titled “Satya Son of Harishchandra.”
The newly released first-look poster captivates with its beautiful color scheme. Nirup Bhandari’s portrayal as the son is striking, while Sai Kumar’s depiction as the father is regal. Director Sachin has piqued the audience’s interest with the tagline “Nanna Tandeye Nanna Villan” showcased in this initial glimpse.
Given the film’s father-son narrative, it was apt that the hero’s father and the producer jointly unveiled the first look. “Satya Son of Harishchandra” revolves around the conflict between truth and falsehood, with a comedic and down-to-earth storyline set against the scenic backdrops of Tirthahalli and Chennagiri. The ensemble cast includes Brinda Acharya, Ankita Amar, Swati Gurudutt, MK Math, Chetan Durga, among others, supporting Nirup and Sai Kumar.
Directed by Sachin Wali and produced by Ankit Sonigara under the banner of “Ankit Cinemas,” the film marks Ankit’s venture into Kannada cinema, driven by his love for the language. Prashant Mulage also serves as a producer.
The movie features cinematography by Sandeep Valluri, music composed by Sachin Basrur, editing by Ujwal Chandra, costume design by Joha Kabir, and art direction by Ullas Hydur. “Satya Son of Harishchandra” is presented by Amrit Sonigara.
