The shooting of the film Sangeeta Bar and Restaurant, starring Komal Kumar, Meghana Raj and Anusha Rai in lead roles, has been completed. The film is directed by Sandesh Shetty Ajri, while Vikas Shetty has produced it.
The film was shot over two schedules spanning 75 days. Most of the shooting took place in coastal and Malenadu regions including Kundapura, Shivamogga and Thirthahalli.
For the filming, seven large sets with different designs were constructed in Valthoor village in Ampar, Kundapura. A major portion of the movie was shot on these sets. According to the film team, the sets were built across a two-acre area to suit the requirements of the story, and about 90 percent of the film’s shooting was completed there.
Director Sandesh Shetty Ajri said that although the film is titled Sangeeta Bar and Restaurant, the movie contains two titles within the same film because of its storyline. The first half of the film begins in a bar and revolves around it, while the second half is set around a temple.
