The go-getter of Kannada cinema, Dinakar Thoogudeepa, is making all efforts to ensure the release of his film Royal on January 24.

The film is produced under the banner of Jayanna Combines, by Jayanna and Bhogendra. The trailer is set to be released in the second week of January.

Talking about the film Royal, director Dinakar Thoogudeepa said, “The songs of the film have been a huge success. The reason for the film’s success is the storyteller Raghu Niduvalli, who also wrote the dialogues. The film has turned out very well, thanks to the cooperation of the technicians. The producers have supported me wholeheartedly, giving everything I asked for. Rather than focusing on profits, their intention was to give the film industry a great hero. Some might wonder if Virat deserved such a big-budget film for his second outing, but this project was made to present Virat as a gift to the industry. We have shot in locations like Bangalore, Mysore, Mangalore, Goa, and more. The trailer will be released in the second week of January.”

Virat, who made his mark as a hero in the film industry with Kiss, plays the lead role in Royal. He expressed his gratitude, saying, “The main reason for this film is the producers, Jayanna and Bhogendra. This is my second film under their banner, and it’s a blessing to work under Dinakar’s direction. I have learned a lot from him. The film truly feels royal. We have a cast full of talented artists, and three songs from the film have already been successful.”

Sanjana Anand, who plays the heroine, added, “The film has come out very well. The songs are a hit. Everyone knows Dinakar’s work and has liked his previous films. Royal is a different film in his career and the most special one for me. It has been made exceptionally well, with many surprises in store. It’s going to be a memorable film for the new year.”

Royal features Virat and Sanjana Anand in lead roles, along with Raghu Mukherjee, Chhaya Singh, Achyut Kumar, Rangayana Raghu, Pramod Shetty, Ravi Bhatt, Gopalakrishna Deshpande, and others. The film showcases Sanket’s cinematography, Charan Raj’s music, K.M. Prakash’s editing, Mohan B. Kere’s art direction, and Ravi Varma’s stunts. Prem and Jayanth have worked as the executive producers.
