The popular Kannada cinema actor Rishi has been experiencing rapid growth in his career, especially after his notable roles in ‘Operation Alamelamma,’ ‘Kavaludaari,’ and ‘Nodi Swami Nav Irode Heege.’
This tall and accomplished actor is now venturing into the competitive world of OTT entertainment. His remarkable performance in the web series ‘Shaitan’ earned him the prestigious Best OTT Award for his exceptional portrayal of a villain. The award was presented to Rishi at a vibrant event held in Mumbai recently, attended by actors from the Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam film industries who participated in the grand OTT Awards ceremony for the year 2023.
Following his remarkable acting and outstanding performance, Rishi is gaining recognition in the Telugu cinema industry. He has been invited to join the cast of a new Telugu film based on a real-life incident, under the direction of Gopi Vihani.
To bring this untitled Telugu film to life, marketing professional Ravi Panasa established Ravi Pasana Film Corporation. The cast includes Thivuveer, Faria Abdulla, Ravinder Vijay, Shelli Kishor, Kalakeya Prabhakar, Chiran Johny, and others.
Currently, Rishi is immersed in the shooting of this Telugu film, while he also has ‘Ramana Avathara’ set for release, featuring two heroines, Pranitha Subhash and Shubra Ayyappa. The romantic comedy is produced by Amarez Sooryavamshi of Star Fab Productions, the same production company behind ‘Operation Alamelamma.’ Vishnu Prasad and Sameer Deshpande serve as the cinematographers for ‘Ramana Avatara,’ with music composed by Judah Sandy, and Amaranth as the film’s editor. Shot in the picturesque surroundings of Udupi and Bengaluru, this film is directed by Vikas Pampapathi and also features Arun Sagar, a renowned art director and theater personality, in a significant role.
