The sure-shot winner at the box office, right from the first film, Dhruva Sarja, in combination with producer Udaya Mehta and director AP Arjun, has created a Rs.100 crore cinema with ‘MARTIN’. The trailer is set to release two months before the film’s official release.
But that’s not the only news. The trailer of Martin is being released in 13 world languages, and 27 journalists from various countries are taking part in the gala event on August 5, 2024, in Mumbai.
The film team has created a website for promoting the film ‘Martin’. The website conducted a survey to find out what people want from the film crew. About 6.2 million people participated in this poll. Of this, 46 percent, which is 2.86 million votes, demanded the trailer release.
Accordingly, on August 5, the film team is planning a grand trailer release event in Mumbai. 27 journalists from 21 countries, including the United States, England, Dubai, Korea, Japan, Russia, and Malaysia, will participate in the trailer release ceremony and press conference. This is the first time in the Indian film industry that an international press conference of this scale will be held, marking a proud moment for the Kannada film ‘Martin’.
The first trailer of the film will be released in a total of 13 languages, including Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Bengali, Arabic, Russian, Korean, Chinese, and English, at 5:55 PM on that evening.
The film team plans to release the Kannada trailer a day earlier on August 4. Previously, the teaser of the film was released in the presence of fans at Veeresh Cinema. Now, it will be released for the fans on the afternoon of August 4 at the same Veeresh Cinema. Tickets for this event are being sold on BookMyShow, marking the first time in Kannada cinema that tickets have been booked for a trailer release.
‘Martin’ is produced by Uday Mehta under Vasavi Combines. Dhruva Sarja, Vaibhavi Shandilya, Malavika Avinash, Achyut Kumar, and others star in the film, with A.P. Arjun having written and directed the screenplay. Ravi Basrur has composed the background music for the film.
