Here is a handsome and muscular-built hero, Rohith, from Raktaksha. The trailer for the film, set to release on July 26, was unveiled by popular actor Vijaya Raghavendra and senior actress Suman Nagarkar at MMB Legacy in Bengaluru.
New experiments are happening in Kannada cinema. While some efforts succeed, others get lost amidst big-budget movies. Kannada cinema lovers are happy that, whether innovation gets support or not, efforts are not halted. Rohith, a young talent with a great love for cinema, is ready to hit the screens in his first film, Raktaksha.
Vijaya Raghavendra, addressing the occasion, said that people have progressed to such an extent that small trailers and teasers can be brought to theaters through their own imagination and speculation. Rohith has embarked on such an adventure. The trailer features action and thrilling elements, making me more curious as an audience member.
Senior actress Suman Nagarkar mentioned that the trailer is very interesting and that her husband plays a cop role in the film. He hasn’t shared the story with her, urging people to come to the theater to see what they’ve done.
Advocate Harsha Muthalik stated that Rohith started modeling at a young age, achieved some success there, and transitioned into movies. He expressed pride in Rohith, his hometown boy, for being praised by senior actors.
Rohith shared that he has come a long way through hard work. He gained a reputation as a good performer in theaters. Kannada cinema is a pride, and if he is a small green leaf in this huge tree, his life is worth living. North Karnataka has hundreds of years of art history, and many artists have emerged from there. This is his life’s dream.
Rohith is not only the hero but also the producer of the movie ‘Raktaksha’ through his own production company, Sai Production House. Vasudeva SN directed the movie ‘Raktaksha’. Like Rohith, this is Vasudeva’s first film.
Sujith Venkataramaiah penned the lyrics, and Dhirendra Doss composed the music. Roopa Rayappa, Archana Kottige, Rachana Dasharath, Niveeksha Naidu, Gurudev Nagaraja, Prabhu, Vishwa, Bhadri Narayana, Basavaraja Adapur, who acted in KGF, and Pramod Shetty as the key villain, have acted in this film.
