The team of Son of Muthanna, which recently touched the hearts of Kannadigas with its emotional portrayal of a father-son bonding story, has now taken up another new venture. Under the same banner, Sri Puratana Films is currently producing a new film starring Pranam Devaraj, with Prajwal Devaraj serving as co-producer. The film is titled MGR.
Director Srikanth Hunsur and the Sri Puratana Films team demonstrated through Son of Muthanna how a story can be narrated in a calm and realistic manner without extravagance or grand visuals. Now, they have stepped into Tamil cinema.
Under the banner of Sri Puratana Films, discussions have been held for a new project with renowned Tamil actor Selvaraghavan. The muhurat of the film will be held in a few days. Notably, several Kannada artistes, including the lead actress, have been given important roles in this project.
