Celebrated actress Prema, with an illustrious career spanning nearly three decades and almost 100 films, has embraced singing alongside her acting endeavors, marking her musical debut with the film ‘Varahachakram.’ The first song she lends her voice to is a patriotic melody.
The filming of this song took place in Varanasi, and the much-anticipated release is scheduled for January 26, Republic Day. Expressing her joy in contributing to the song, Prema is optimistic that both the song and the film will resonate well with the audience.
Produced by Manvanthari Movie Makers, ‘Varahachakram’ features lyrics and music by Dr. V Nagendra Prasad, with Manju Maskal Matti taking charge of screenplay, direction, and production duties.
Arjun Dev, a charismatic actor making a return after ‘Yugapurusha,’ plays a pivotal role alongside his four friends – Raana, Imran Sharief, Aryan, and Pratik Gowda.
While the film boasts four heroines, the seasoned Prema takes center stage in a prominent role, featuring a compelling dialogue with King Saikumar. Sarath Kumar handles the cinematography, and Bhargav is responsible for the editing.
