The second film of director Shoonya (the first one was Head Bush) is garnering attention with frequent character introductions to the media. Following the official launch of this ‘Chaddi’ favorite, director Shoonya introduced Sandy, an ace choreographer, and Srinagara Kitty for his film. Now, he brings in Prashanth from the film ‘Orata I Love You’ to play the character Anna Swami in his latest film, ‘Rosy’. Shoonya mentions that he has two more characters to introduce, which will be revealed after shooting their respective portions. This marks the 50th film of actor Yogi, also known as Loose Madha.

The film team has released a poster introducing Prashanth’s character in ‘Rosy’. Members of the crew have provided details about the film.

Director Shoonya describes “Rosy” as a stylish gangster drama, marking Prashanth’s return to acting after a long hiatus. He mentions that Prashanth’s character is named “Swami Anna” and hints at the importance of two additional roles in the film, which he plans to reveal soon.

Prashanth expresses his satisfaction with the project, stating, “I received many opportunities, but I was drawn to the story told by director Shoonya, and my character is particularly appealing. I have longed to work alongside Yogi, and this film fulfills that desire.”

The film features four songs, each complementing the narrative. Despite declining new projects lately, music director Gurukiran reflects on his twenty-five years in the industry. He expresses happiness that his song “Karimani Malika Nanalla…” from the Kannada film ‘Upendra’ (1999) is trending. While Gurukiran praises Shoonya’s abilities, he admits to being tempted to sing for the film but has yet to confirm his participation.

Producers DY Rajesh and DY Vinod, cinematographer SK Rao, and editor Harish Komme share their positive experiences working on the film.
