NIHAL RAJ ARRIVES IN “MADDANE”

It’s becoming increasingly common for films to feature animal names in their titles. The latest is “Maddane,” starring new talent Nihal Raj. The film, directed by Satish Kumar, began shooting at the famous Bandi Makallamma Temple.

The muhurta ceremony for the film “Maddane,” produced by Ranjan M. Kumawat under the banner of Panthers Creative Cinemas and directed by debutant Satish Kumar S., was held at Bande Makallamma Temple. Producers K. Manju, Ramesh Yadav, and Kaddipudi Chandru attended as chief guests and extended their best wishes to the film’s crew.

Nihal Raj plays the lead role in this film. The film crew discussed “Maddane” during a press conference held after the muhurta ceremony.

Director Satish Kumar shared that “Maddane” marks his directorial debut and is a story set between a village and a forest. Most of the filming will take place in Chikmagalur. Nihal Raj takes on the lead role, while Mrs. Ranjana M. Kumawat produces the film.

The film features cinematography by Vinod Bharti, music by Swaminathan, lyrics by Puneeth Arya, and action direction by Different Danny.

Originally a martial artist, I have competed in many international tournaments and won medals. I also run martial arts training schools in various parts of Bangalore. I have been watching Kannada films for thirty years, and directing a film has always been my dream, said Director Satish Kumar.

Nihal Raj, who is primarily a theater artist and has appeared in films like “Ranna” and “Vishnupriya,” expressed his gratitude: “K. Manju has supported me from the beginning. I’m thrilled that he came to wish me well for my first film today.” He also thanked the director and producer for giving him this opportunity.

Producer Ranjana M. Kumawat sought the support of the media and the audience for the film. Music Director Swaminathan, Cinematographer Vinod Bharti, Lyricist Puneeth Arya, Action Director Different Danny, and Actor Arvind Rao also spoke on the occasion.
