An interesting title, an interesting team, and an interesting way to start have given high hopes for the film from the beginning itself for ‘Nidradevi Next Door’.
The muhurat celebration at Doddaganapathi Temple was graced by the eminent Dr. V Ravichandran, the crazy star of Kannada cinema. Kannada Rakshana Vedike’s prominent personalities, Praveen Shetty’s son Praveer Shetty, and Shine Shetty are in opposite roles, and in between these two is the very charming Rashmika Naik, no doubt a heroine with beauty, values, and talent capable of stealing sleep plays the vital role in this film.
Young talent Surag Sagar is giving an action cut for the movie ‘Nidradevi Next Door’. Along with Praveer Shetty, Shine Shetty is also playing the lead role, and Rishika Nayak is playing the heroine. Speaking after the muhurta ceremony, director Surag Sagar said, “I am happy that Ravi sir has clapped for our film. It’s a journey without sleep for two. Why can’t they sleep? What is the solution for this? The love story they find in it.” He said that you have to watch the movie for this.
Producer Jayaram Devasamudra said that he is investing in his friend Praveen Shetty’s son Praveer Shetty’s film. The story is very good. When I was told the story of Surag, I liked it at first impression. Some events happen in everyone’s life. He said that along with comedy, there is a message in the film.
Actor Praveer Shetty said that a boy who can’t sleep and will struggle. My role revolves around that. I am an interesting character. This is a different role compared to these previous films. He said that we have been rehearsing for the past one month.
Heroine Rishika Nayak said that the director told me the story of the movie two years ago. The character was different then. She said that it was a pleasure to work with a team.
Surag Sagar, a director who studied at the Prague Film School in Europe, has won many awards with the short film Entropy. Now Surag has graced the director’s chair with the film ‘Nidradevi Next Door’ and is giving the action cut for the film. Sudharani, Srivatsa, Karthik Pattar, and Anurag Patil are among others in the cast.
Produced by Jayaram Devasamudra under the Sooram Movies banner, the film has cinematography by Ajay Kulkarni and music by Nakul Abhyankar. By the end of this month, the ‘Nidradevi Next Door’ team will enter the shooting arena.
