“Vrushaba,” a mega Pan India film, stars the Malayalam superstar Mohan Lal alongside several popular South Indian cinema actors, including Ragini Dwivedi. The film is directed by the well-known Kannada filmmaker Nanda Kishore, son of Veteran actor Sudhir of Kannada cinema.
Scheduled for release in 2024, “Vrushaba” is set to hit over 4500 screens across India. The film’s formal Muhrut was held last Sunday, generating much excitement among fans and the film fraternity.
In addition to Mohan Lal, the movie features Roshan Meka, Shanaya Kapoor, Zara Khan, Srikanth Meka, and Ragini Dwivedi in significant roles. Interestingly, Ragini Dwivedi has previously acted in a few Malayalam films.
Produced by Balaji Tele Films and Connect Media with support from AVS Studio, “Vrushaba” is a mega-budget production. The joint producers of the film include Ekta Kapoor, Abhishek Vyas, Vishal Gurnani, Juhi Parekh Mehta, Shyam Sunder, Varun Mathur, and Saurabh Mishra.
Director Nanda Kishore has been highly regarded in the industry since 2013, and “Vrushaba” marks his first major Pan India project. With a stellar star cast and substantial investment, the film promises to be a remarkable addition to his portfolio, which already includes successful Kannada films like “Victory,” “Adhyaksha,” “Ranna,” “Mukunda Murari,” “Tiger,” “Pogaru,” and “Raana,” all of which have been box office hits.
