In a fitting celebration, Agriculture Minister Cheluvarayaswamy revealed the poster of the much-anticipated film “Mehabooba” on the occasion of Big Boss fame Shashi’s birthday at the Gold Finch Hotel.
The poster launch event saw the esteemed presence of Karnataka Minister Cheluvarayaswamy, who extended his best wishes to Shashi, the modern-day farmer turned actor, and his co-star Pavana. Minister Cheluvarayaswamy emphasized the significance of people’s blessings for the success of the film and conveyed his good wishes to both the hero and the producer.
Expressing his thoughts on the film, Shashi shared that “Mehabooba,” Kannada film is an emotional journey, holds a vital message meant to resonate with the audience. Anticipating a February release, Shashi expressed his desire for the film to stand out among the numerous releases, highlighting the importance of its impactful storyline.
Directed by Anoop Antony, this marks his second film, currently in the post-production stage. Shashi praised the director for delivering a compelling love story, complementing the excellent performances by both himself and Pavana. The film features five songs composed by Mathews Manu, with lyrics penned by Yogaraj Bhat and Raghu Shastri, who also contributed to the dialogues.
Shashi, known as a modern-day farmer, takes on the additional role of a producer in “Mehabooba.” The film is inspired by real-life events in Kerala, with most scenes shot in Bengaluru.
The technical team includes Kiran Hampapura for cinematography, KM Prakash for editing, Mass Madha for stunts, and Kalai for dance. With a promising blend of talent and a captivating storyline, “Mehabooba” aims to make a significant impact upon its release.
