The audio rights for the upcoming Kannada film Marutha, directed by Dr. S. Narayan and starring Duniya Vijay and Shreyas Manju, have been sold for a significant amount to Jhankar Music. The film is produced under the Eesha Productions banner by K. Manju and Ramesh Yadav.
Dr. S. Narayan, known for his past work on several successful Kannada films, is working with Duniya Vijay and Shreyas Manju for this project, which has already generated attention. The music for Marutha has been composed by Jassi Gift, and the tracks are sung by various popular playback singers.
Jhankar Music, a well-known music label, has previously acquired the audio rights for many of S. Narayan’s past successful films, such as Sooryavamsa, Jamindar, Simhadriya Simha, Nannavala Nannavala, Anjali Geetanjali, and Tavrina Thottilu. The audio rights for Marutha now join their catalog.
The film features five songs, and according to Jhankar Music’s Bharat Jain, the songs will be released soon.
Marutha also features P.K.H. Das as the cinematographer, Shivaprasad Yadav as the editor, and Vinod and Arjun for the action direction. Choreography for the film has been handled by Mohan Kumar and Santu.
The cast includes Duniya Vijay, Shreyas Manju, Brinda (female lead), Sadhukokila, Nishvika Naidu, Rangayana Raghu, Tara Anuradha, Sharath Lohitashwa, Promod Shetty, Manju Pavagada, Chitra Shenai, and Sujay Shastry. Craze Star Ravichandran appears in a special role.
Marutha is produced with significant investment and is expected to release soon.
