The actor cum director besides producer Abhinaya Chakravarthy Kichcha Sudeepa has made a wonderful mark in the Indian cinema industry but apparently his latest film title is ‘MARK’ that is all set to make a tremendous mark in the box office. The much awaited Mark trailer showcases Kiccha power in khaki.
The trailer launch event was held at a private hotel in Bengaluru. The entire team was present on the occasion.
After the trailer release, actor Kiccha Sudeep said that Vijay and Chandru have worked tirelessly for this film. My entire team stood firmly by my words — the technical team as well as all the artistes. Responding to the question about the superstar films releasing in December, Kiccha said, “When Deepavali arrives, every household in Karnataka celebrates. Vegetables or cooking have never decreased during festivals. How will the seats reduce? Will people stop coming?” Speaking about the shooting journey, he shared that they shot for four months and five days. “We shot in 80 locations and put up around 15–20 sets,” he revealed.
Producer Rockline Venkatesh said, The entire film industry is here today. Three to four events like this are happening every month. After watching the ‘Mark’ trailer and song, I took a deep breath of relief. On the sets, Sudeep attracts everyone’s attention and keeps the atmosphere joyful. This is the director’s second film, and he has done it well. Sathya Jyothi is a major banner in Tamil Nadu. It’s delightful that they have made a film with Sudeep. All the artistes have acted very well he mentioned.
Vijay Karthikeyan has called the action cuts for the film. From the trailer, it is clear that the story revolves around human trafficking. Along with this, political elements have also been added to the trailer cut.
Kiccha has roared as Police Officer Ajay Markandeya alias ‘Mark’. Yogibabu, Naveen Chandra, Guru Somasundaram and Roshni Prakash are part of the cast.
The film has music by Ajaneesh Loknath. It is produced under the banner of Sathya Jyothi Films. Sudeep too has joined hands in the production. Cinematography is by Shekhar Chandra.
The release of ‘Mark’ is confirmed for December 25. Another highlight is that Kiccha Sudeep’s wife Priya Sudeep will be distributing the film. With this, Priya enters distribution in addition to production. Along with KRG, Priya Sudeep will distribute ‘Mark’ through Supriyannavi Studio.
