The first song of “Marali Manasagide” was released by MLA Ashwath Narayan, who extended his best wishes to the team. The film’s music, composed by Vinu Manasu, has been released through A2 MUSIC. This is a music-centric film, featuring melodious songs composed by Vinu Manasu. Among them, the first song, “Edurige Bandare Hridayake Thondare”, was released today. Written by Ashith Subramanya and Srinidhi, the song is sung by Santosh Venki. This film is not just one that resonates with the youth but also emphasizes the values of relationships. Additionally, it touches upon medical-related themes. As actor Upendra once mentioned, this film can be considered a 2D movie—one film before the interval and another after it. Director Nagaraj Shankar, who has previously directed two short films, expressed his gratitude to the team, stating that this is his debut feature film.

I am originally from Davanagere, and the film’s shoot began there, covering various parts of Karnataka. The person who encouraged me to step into production is Teligi Mallikarjunappa, and I extend my heartfelt thanks to him and everyone who supported me. Today, the first song of the film has been released by MLA Ashwath Narayan, and on the 23rd, the second song will be unveiled in Kalaburagi. We also plan to release the remaining songs in different cities.”
Lead actor Arjun Vedanth, speaking at the press meet, stated, “After three and a half years, a Kannada film featuring me is having a press conference. In the current scenario, very few people come forward to produce films, so I am extremely grateful to our producers. When the director first narrated the story, I loved it instantly. Starting today, our film’s promotion has begun. We will extensively promote our film across Karnataka. My character in the film is named Manoj, and we assure the audience a pure and satisfying entertainment experience for their money.”
The film features two female leads, Nireeksha Shetty and Smruthi Venkatesh. Among them, Smruthi, who was present at the event, spoke about her role. Artists like Raghu Sirunde and Sangeetha discussed the film. Vinu Manasu shared insights about the music. Cinematographer Halesh, editor Harish Komme, and Vijay Kumar were also present at the press conference.
