The launch event of the “Sikkare Sikkare”… song from the debut film ‘Life Today’, starring Kiran Aditya and Lekha Chandra in lead roles, directed by Kantha Kannalli and produced by Meghana Pradeep, was held recently.
The event, which took place at M.S. Ramaiah College, was attended by Manvita Harish, Bigg Boss fame Risha Gowda, and Ayogya Mahesh as guests, who extended their wishes to the team.
The lyrics for the song “Sakkare Sakkare” written by K. Ramanarayana, Jogi Prem, who is currently fully trending after singing songs like “Siddaiyya Swamy Banni” and “Antamma Jodettu,” has once again, lent his voice to this song.
In Kannada cinema, there is already a long list of love break-up songs. The newly released “Sakkare Sakkare” song from the movie ‘Life Today’ has now joined that list. The wonderful lyrics and Prem’s voice have once again created magic.
The hero of ‘Life Today’, Kiran Aditya, said that the content is based on reality with a commercial touch and that it is a film made for college youth.
Manvita Harish said, “I watched the song, it has come out wonderfully. I know how difficult it is to make a film. I wish them all the best.”
Speaking about the song, Ayogya Mahesh said, “Shridhar sir is my favorite. Be it ‘Mussanje Maathu’ or any of his songs, they all have their own unique style. I have been watching the hard work of the film’s executive producer Usha Patil and Kiran for many years,” he said.
Addressing the film’s hero Kiran Aditya, he added, “D-Boss, Sudeep, Dhruva Sarja, Yash — all of them started from zero”. My life is beginning now. I feel life will change from ‘Life Today’.
