Under the banner of Tanu Talkies, the trailer, song, and press meet of Langoti Man, directed by Sanjot Bhandari, were recently held. The movie is set to release on September 20th. During the event, the team shared details about Langoti Man.
Director Sanjot Bhandari said, “The film Langoti Man has unnecessarily sparked controversy. Once people watch the movie, they will realize that the title is appropriate. It does not aim to offend or disrespect anyone. The film will be released on September 20th, and we believe everyone will like it.”
Actor Dharmendra mentioned, “The movie revolves around the protagonist’s conflict with tradition. His grandfather believes in strict adherence to customs, which leads the protagonist to rebel. The storyline is engaging and the film is a great family entertainer.”
Actor Akash Rambo added, “The story revolves around a grandfather and grandson. The grandfather insists that the grandson wear a traditional langoti, but the grandson prefers underwear. The grandfather refuses to let him wear underwear, and he just won’t pass away. So, the grandson remains frustrated that he can’t wear underwear. This humorous story is brought to the screen in a comical way.”
Actress Samhita Vinya, who plays a police officer, stated, “There’s another significant role in the film, but it can only be revealed by watching the movie. It’s not right to make unnecessary comments before watching the film. Once people see it, they’ll understand why we chose this title.”
Actor Huli Karthik said, “No one asks me, ‘What else have you done?’ I proudly say that I’ve worked on Langoti Man. I have a key role in the film. Through comedy, we touch on some serious issues. My scenes are not in the teaser because the director wanted the audience to enjoy my role in the movie.”
Another actress, Sneha Khushi, said, “I got a good role. When the director narrated the story, I was curious to see how they would make the movie. The final product has come out really well.”
Other artists like Palti Govind and Sai Pavan Kumar also shared details about their respective roles.
