Comedy actors taking on hero roles is not new in the Kannada cinema industry. Shivaraj KR Pete, who earned a good name for his comedy skits on television shows, arrived on the Kannada film scene quite a few years ago. He played the lead role in ‘Nanu Matthu Gunda,’ which was, in fact, a serious film.
Shivaraj KR Pete is now the hero of another film, which was launched on his birthday. The Pooja ceremony for the new film by Shreya Productions, with Shivaraj KR Pete as the hero, took place at the Sri Bande Mahakali temple.
The film team has not yet disclosed any information about the technicians and artists working on the film but has mentioned that they have put in significant effort. The team, which has been waiting for the rainy season to shoot, will start filming next week and is seeking the blessings of Kannadigas and film fans.
